Worksite Health Screening Info
For anyone who participated in the fall walking program, please send your walking count to Patrick Snyder as soon as possible so that prizes can be distributed to those who qualify.
The following prizes will be given for steps taken:
Average 5,000 steps per day = wellness t-shirt
Average 7,000 steps per day = water bottle
Average 10,000 steps per day = $15 gift card to the Capitol Market
Walk more steps than Commissioner Hardy = $50 gift card
Most Steps Taken = iPod Nano
January 18th will mark the beginning of the winter walking season. Track your steps from January 18th through April 1st.

• A log to track your miles can be found here.
