About Day Reporting

The Kanawha Day Report Center has assisted the court systems in Kanawha County (Circuit and Magistrate) in providing alternative sentencing for nonviolent offenders who would have otherwise been sentenced to prison/jail. Our center offers rehabilitative services, community service, and educational assistance to the clients who are sentenced to the Day Report Center.

The following on-site classes are part of the programming at the Day Report Center: Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Substance Abuse Group Counseling, Substance Abuse Maintenance Group, Life Skills, Parenting, Anger Management Counseling, and G.E.D.
